Ten Year Anniversary of the Water Wars in Cochabamba

We have been helping construct giant puppets, costumes, signs, banners etc. that will be part of the march here in Cochabamba, Bolivia that commemorates the 10th anniversary of ¨La Guerra Del Agua¨. Ten years ago Cochabamba was engaged in a political war and the people took to the streets to protest the privatizing of their water as part of a World Bank Structural Adjustment Policy.
